The central government encourages the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) as a national platform for regional financial management to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This study aims to analyze the impact of SIPD implementation on the efficiency of regional financial management at the Tourism Office of Banten Province. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through structured interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The informants include OPD leaders, financial management officials, SIPD administrators, and technical support personnel. The results indicate that SIPD implementation has a positive impact on improving financial management efficiency, reflected in faster planning and budgeting processes, reduced manual administrative work, minimized data duplication, and savings in time and operational costs. However, the level of efficiency achieved is still influenced by system stability, information technology infrastructure quality, and human resource competencies. This study concludes that SIPD functions not only as an administrative tool but also as a strategic instrument for reforming regional financial governance that requires strong socio-technical support to ensure sustainable efficiency benefits
